By accessing or using StageBrief ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

StageBrief is an AI-powered training tool for competitive USPSA shooters. It provides stage analysis, shooting plan suggestions, score tracking, and rules Q&A functionality to assist with training and match preparation.

The AI-generated stage analysis and shooting plans provided by StageBrief are for training and educational purposes only. They do not constitute official match guidance, rulings, or recommendations from USPSA, IPSC, or any sanctioning body.

AI analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific stage configuration. Always walk the stage, consult the Range Officer, and apply your own judgment before shooting any match stage.

StageBrief is not responsible for missed shots, procedural penalties, match disqualifications, or any other outcome resulting from following AI-generated advice.

StageBrief is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC), or any affiliated organization.

USPSA®, IPSC®, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Classifier names, numbers, and scoring data are referenced for informational and training purposes only.

StageBrief assumes all users are licensed, trained, and responsible firearms owners who follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm ownership and use. Nothing in the Service constitutes firearms training or safety instruction. Always follow the four fundamental rules of firearm safety.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, submitting false or misleading information, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content, code, branding, and AI outputs generated by StageBrief are the property of StageBrief. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service — your account info, division/classification, and scores you choose to log. We do not sell your data to third parties. Score data and analysis results are stored securely via Supabase.

StageBrief is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageBrief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
